Tanka ...20160518 Frog & Paeonia/ CQ201802

<Tanka/ 短歌>

露ほどの命にあれば風に乗り逢瀬遂げしか牡丹にかえる

because
life is like a dew
riding on the wind
they end up doing tryst
a frog returns to a paeonia

※ I used 'frog' as  a pivot word, which we call 'Kakekotoba' in Japanese'.
The pronunciation of frog is 'kaeru かえる '.
'Kaeru' has two meanings. One is frog and another is 'return/ go back/ come back'.
So I used 'frog' and 'return' in this English  while I used a word 'かえる’ in Japanese.

◎Thank you for the answer lines, Dear Mis. Oshi Shikigami.

A Boton, cute as a button, caught with a frog in her throat!

◎Thank you for the answer lines, Dear Mr. THE Breeze.

Love song of the treefrog,

Whispers it's love song

With a croak and a chirp

His song is her first

As for Pear Flower, we see both light pink and white flowers.
It is said that light pink flowers are before pollen spreads
and white flowers are after done.
