Photo...Shojin Dishes 20160320


During The Vernal Equinox Week/Mar.17to 23, I cook Shojin Dishes, which is vegetable food.
I usually make two tables and offer the deceased.
One is for my family spirit and the other is for the neglected spirit.
It is the middle day of Equinox, so I made following dishes,
  Nishime, Tempura, Vinegared dish, Walnut Tofu (about this,  I bought.), 
pickled, Miso soup and Rice.

お彼岸中の7日間、私は毎朝、仏前に精進料理を供えます。
いつも2膳作りますが、一つはうちの仏様にもう一つは無縁仏様にです。
今日はお中日なので、煮しめ、天ぷら、酢の物、クルミ豆腐(こちらは買ったものです)
漬物、味噌汁とご飯といったメニューでした。
