Tanka...A Cold Wave 寒波 a1901

年の瀬の寒波到来山並はおぼろ影して存在とおく

a cold wave arrival

at the end of the year ...

mountain range

emitting faint luminescence

existence is far away

cold wave arrived
into a blank canvas

a magic place just wrapped by the now

神さぶる雪を背に咲く凍つる薔薇 ...ミューズ舞ひ降り和音かなづる

an aura of divinity --

an icy crystal rose blooming

against snow ...

Muses alight on it

playing chords

The Rose is my neighbor’s.
These days I am surprised to see that it has been blooming even in winter.🌹
