自分がやってきたことに自信がもてなくなることがある。そもそも私は、事あるあるごとに自信がないのだか、それが長く続けてきた事の話となると、根こそぎ自分が無くなってしまうような感覚に見舞われる。
多くは、ふっと、自分という世界のなかにこもっていた存在が、白昼のあかるい皆んなの世界に投じられたり、自ら置いた場合だ。
こんなときは、やらなくてはいけないことを進めているのが良いのかもしれない。

In English
I sometimes feel unsure of what I have
done. To begin with, I lack confidence in everything I do, but when it comes to
the things I have been doing for a long time, I feel as if I lost myself
completely.
Most of the cases are when I am suddenly
thrown out of the world of myself into the bright world of everyone else in
broad daylight, or I am out myself there.
It is probably best to just get on with what needs to be done at times like this.
