the last withered leaf drifts

先日SNSにシェアした短歌に俳句でご返句いただきました。

雪国に生きる短歌へのご返句　心より御礼申し上げます。

金子宏樹様 Ashoka Weerakkody 様　ありがとうございました。

Ashoka Weerakkody 様の英語ハイクにつきましては、和訳させていただきました。

亡くなるということはこの世界に存在しなくなることであり、とても悲しいことですが、もし私たちに肉体だけではなく魂というものがあるならば、死はまた別の側面から見れば未知の世界への新たなる旅立ちを意味しています。

積雪の事故で無念にも亡くなられた方々への慰霊を籠めて和訳いたしました。

晴れ間にま屋根に降り積む雪おろさむと昨日今日（きぞけふ）に逝くシニアのあはれ

 

during a sunny spell,

cleaning snow from roofs…

yesterday
