Poetcrit 39 (1)....インドの学術詩誌掲載作品

この度、インドの学術詩誌Poetcrit 39 version 1 に掲載された短歌です。

Poetcrit には英語短歌のみ掲載されていますが、

こちらには日本語短歌がもとになっていますので、日英語で併記します。

秋深し末枯れ葉はらり池の面に水際さはぎて白鷺は翔（た）つ

：

deep autumn—

the last withered leaf drifts

on the pond’s surface;

the water’s edge stirring,

a white egret soars

：

あせること一つだになくわれは今日あづかりし生に生くるのみかは

：

in nothing do I hurry;

today, I simply live

the life entrusted to me,

without haste,

without impatience

 ：

原始より出で来る歌に生死あり 夜叉の力のあふるるままに

：

since primeval times,

poems arise

from life and death,

as if the demon’s powers

 overflow as it is

 ：

一本（ひともと）の白露こぼす思い草 野辺に咲くかな己れを秘めて

：

dripping

white crystal dew,

a purple aster

with its soul inside blooms

in the field

:

あらがひて我は詠はむ我が歌をやるせなき証(あかし)をこめて

：

resisting,

I compose my tanka,

infusing it

with the proof of my despair　

in the darkness
